2k with my girls

This was Maggie's 3rd Groton 2k and Paige's first 2k.  They both ran awesome and Paige didn't finish too far behind her older sister!

 

Maggie came in strong and shaved about a minute off of her time from last year.  You can see Paige reeling in the boy behind Maggie. 

 

 Paige giving it everything she has...... after the race she told me she had never breathed that hard!

 

 

 5k with my wife..... It was her first!

Amy ran awesome for her first 5k.  She only ran once before the race..... way to go Amy!  She was psyched that she finished her first race and is looking forward to more.

Maggie has a great style and congrats on smashing last year's time.

Paige looks like a little battler and she certainly made ground on that young fella:)

But Mr D. you've gotta have a word with your wife's Personal Trainer: he looks like a right poseur:)

This is great! You called it. You said this would be better than your 20 miler, and it was. I am looking forward to the day I can do this with my people. (Well, except spouse. That woman will not run.)
