Yasir... My wife has been running well lately. I'm really proud of her.
Dan... my next race (June 19th - Father's Day) will be a trail half up down and around the highest peak in Massachusetts. The Mt. Greylock trail race starts with a 3 mile ascent to the summit. At 1200', the staring line sits nearly 2300' below the summit at mile 3. It should be a real butt kicker!
