Nice run. I have a hard time getting out there early, I don't know how you force yourself out of bed. Maybe it's because it is my summer break from school and have no strict time that I have to do anything. But still, I try to get up early and I just hit snooze over and over.

TMCK - Thanks, but it's no easy feat for me either. It's usually the thought of trying to run in god-awful temps in the afternoon that gets me out of bed. Good to see you running lately.... nice crisp pace on your last couple of runs.

If I'm three hours behind you in my time zone, I may have still been awake when you went on your run.
