| 7.3 miles Sometimes around work, my Garmin will be off the mark as far as the route I'm running. Like 15-20 yards off of the path I had run. In turn, my pace will be faster than I'm actually running and my heart rate will be reading high right off the bat. Strange. | 1 mile The girls and I went for a hike in the ARNWR - Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge. We saw a bunch of Blue Herons. It was awesome. Later in the day, my wife and I did some more hiking in Great Hill. |
