3.1 miles - 23:02. Miserable run in miserable rain. Had planned to do a long run today, but everything was pissing me off. Weather, clothes, shoes, cars, people..... not a good day for me. I will try again tomorrow.
My Asic 2140's are starting to feel like running boots instead of sneakers. I've been doing more running in my Saucony racing flats and my minimalist trail shoes, less feels better for me lately. |

My wife and I went together and managed to get two machines right next to eachother. We can't look at one another too much as we tend to be on the silly side. The platinum bleached blonde that walked in to check the gym out wearing a full black leather outfit almost pushed us over the edge.
