She's a beast. She ran a 21 minute 5k with me on St. Patrick's Day and recently ran a 5:41 indoor mile in Boston.

After I witnessed her do it, I said to myself, "Now I'm going to have to top that".... as her Dad who is still supposed to be the boss ya know.
I went to an outdoor track and ran a 5:33 and almost puked.... Nothing like a 44yr old trying to stay relevant.
