It will be interesting to see how the Pfitzinger works for you. Heard a lot of good things about it, although I tend to train closer to the bottom end than he would recommend.

Ahhh... a breath of speed! I like coming to your blog for encouragement.
I have the Pfitzinger book but haven't been able to get into it yet. Every time I think about jumping into it's training program I feel unprepared for the initial work.
