4 miles - gym treadmill
I kept it slow and easy this morning. My wife & I were able to go to the gym together thanks to my mother watching the girls for us. We were also lucky enough to grab the last two treadmills available. So...... about 5 minutes into the run, I get startled by the woman two treadmills down from me and next to my wife singing at the top of her lungs. I immediately crack a huge smile and know that I can't make eye contact with my wife in the mirror or we will both totally lose it :) You see, my wife and I are goofballs, if someone falls down or is wearing a ridiculous outfit, grunts or sings at the top of their lungs..... all bets are off! What really pushed us over the edge was when the woman started waving her hands in the air and shaking her head back and forth..... all while running on the treadmill mind you. Funny as hell and impressive! |
