Didn't sleep well at all last night.  I think that it had something to do with the glass of wine that I had @ 9pm and then most of the glass that my wife couldn't finish :)  I don't drink often, but when I do, I never sleep soundly.  So anyways, I was up at 3:30am and out the door by quarter of.  What a beautiful morning..... probably 50' with a light mist.  Perfect running weather!  The run felt effortless and I didn't feel winded at any point..... love those days.

Splits: 7:29, 7:34, 7:26, 7:17, 7:10, 7:04, 7:03, 6:47, 6:47, (last .2 - 6:15) 

 1 mile at the track with my wife and girls.  Family fitness!

Nice run! I didn't sleep much last night either(Red Chair IPA on my friend's boat yesterday) and it was misty and 50 here as well. Bummer that I can't say my run was effortless :(

Thanks rAtTLe! It was just one of those days that doesn't come around very often. I had a nice little chat with God, felt a tingly sensation on the top of my head and kept running.

I have an issue with cheap beer commercials inventing fictional characters and trying to make you believe that some random nobody is the most interesting man in the world. Now saying Chuck Norris is the deadliest man on the planet, I can believe that. But who the bleep is this guy? Really? Just for the sheer stupidity of this idea, I'll never drink beer.
