Hey Joe,

On Sep. 6th this race takes place. I thought that it would be a cool adventure type race until my buddy Kris and I previewed about 10 miles of it on Sunday. I quickly realized that this is a different kind of running. The kind of running that rewards the well rounded, strong runner and spits out the one dimensional weak runner. I am the latter.

Anytime they ask you not to attempt it unless you're in excellent shape, you know it's a good race!

I'm severely 1-dimensional too. To me, a sidewalk curb makes it a technical course.

One dimension is good. We have a hill in my neighborhood. 1', though some get carried away and claim it is 1.5'. $22 is a very nice entry fee, however.
