Okay, I just checked your last 3 years. Apparently, you ran a "fast" 5k in June of 2013. Everything else has been "Slow" miles (like these). Seriously, what is a "Fast mile" to you?

From Derunzo on Wed, May 14, 2014 at 14:48:38 from 24.218.179.128

I guess below 7 minute miles? My marathon equated to a 7:18 avg. I wouldn't consider that fast. If I was able to run a sub 3 = 6:52 pace, then I would have to consider that fast for myself. What do you consider fast? Maybe I should adjust my thinking.

Man...I went back and looked at all of his races and they all look fast!

I used to say that everything below 7:15 (my goal marathon pace) was "fast", and everything above that was "slow." (I also used to put ALL races as "fast", no matter what pace.) Then, I started documenting things like "last mile", and I would neglect to put the last "fast" mile under the appropriate heading. I still use the 7:15 standard for most runs, and I'll split it up on intervals, but I have a hard time breaking up miles within the same run. That's my long-winded answer.
