It was raining up until 11:30am, so I thought my lunchtime jaunt was to be on the mill. The rain stopped just in time and I was able to squeeze this run in. I should probably take a shower now that it's 7:30pm and my lower legs are still covered in dried road grime. 7:13 avg.

10 miles - gym treadmill

I started out at 8:00 for the first mile and then gradually dropped down from 7:47-7:30 for the next mile. The next three miles were a 6:58 tempo, and the three after that were a 6:40 tempo. Mile nine was a 6:18 & mile ten was back up to a 7 ish pace. I didn't plan on this workout, but the woman next to me was definitely racing...... thanks lady!
