Weather was "Sweet Baby Jesus" today. Ran my normal 4 mile route and enjoyed every minute of it. My wife went to a Yoga class when I came back, and we are enjoying our post workout bliss.

I was trying to keep my heart rate down on this run. I think my average heartrate was 160 bpm and my average pace was 7:53. I would like to get my fitness level to a point where both will drop significantly.

Splits: 7:32, 7:18, 7:14, 7:21, 6:50 - no heart rate monitor today.... it likely would have been pretty high. That's okay, it was 53' and sunny and I wanted to run faster today.

On an unrelated note..... this vintage beach cruiser is totally B.A. (Bad-Azz) $2500 might be a little steep, but I could picture myself cruisin down to the shore-line in Tahiti checking the waves :)
