4 miles - work treadmill

My mother-in-law is coming over our house today, so there wasn't any other chance for me to run other than this morning. (which never happens)  Until the weather in New England gets warmer and the sun rises earlier, I won't be getting out in the early morning.  Having to be to work by 7am puts a crimp in my morning style.

My legs felt dead, so I cut it short.  No running tomorrow..... my first 5k in a year on Sunday.  I hope my legs come back for that one.
