Early am run with Kris. I ran one mile solo to our meeting point, and it turned out to be the slowest of the run. (7:46)

The route was fairly rolling and I can see myself incorporating it into the lineup. Kris does not like to run slow..... including my first mile, the overall pace was a 7:16.
