2.27 miles @ lunch

First run since 7/22.... how I've missed you old friend. I kept waiting for something bad to happen within the first .25 but it never did.... thankfully.

I can't say that the lower left leg felt completely normal, but it's a good sign that I was able to go a bit more than two miles and stop on my own terms. I plan on slowly working back into it, all the while doing exercises to hopefully keep the injury at bay. 7:24 avg.

Theraband hip strengthening routine, stretching, and a almond milk, spinach, banana, blueberry, mango smoothie. After this I cautiously started my run & gradually gained confidence in the calf. 7:13 avg.
