Good run in the heat! I find that summer running in New England is the hardest! But got to put in quality runs now to have fun in the fall!
Saw you're doing your first marathon in October. I'm doing my 3rd the week before yours (getting married on 10/16/10 so I can't do the 10/17 one lol). Which marathon are you doing?

It's the Baystate Marathon in Lowell MA.
It's supposed to be flat & fast, but I'm just looking to finish:)
