Treadmill tempo. Slowly bumped up the pace on the first mile so the tempo wouldn't begin too harshly. First one was a 7 something and then 6:49, 6:49, 6:49, 6:49, 6:44. I felt like I could have kept this going for much longer, but lunch is only so long.
