Out the door at 3:30am.  I'm trying to get some more time and distance on my feet.  I got swooped on by a bat eating bugs under a streetlight..... kinda cool.  I saw a baby deer in the middle of the road, a bunny and ducks.  All in all a nice run.

6.8 miles - 7:44 avg.

Out on the roads @ 4:15am.  The temperature was a perfect 60' degrees this morning..... the air was crisp and fresh.  I can definitely feel the difference lower temps make in my running..... even a 10' degree swing.  I took my shirt off for the last mile and it felt amazing.  I'll probably run shirtless from now on.... I just don't want to intimidate anyone with my ripped physique!  Ha ha!

4 miles - 8:00 avg.

Outside at 4:15am to beat the heat.  The only thing that received a beating was me, as it was already 75' degrees with a high dewpoint.  I brought my water bottle to stay hydrated, but I was struggling from the start.  I couldn't ease into relaxed breathing at all.... bummer.

This afternoon it's supposed to reach 100' degrees again.  These high temps are brutal wherever you live, but throw in the extreme humidity and it's a whole other animal.
