I didn't get a run in yesterday because I was too sore from this........ yep, that's a 40 year old back flip right there.  Suprisingly sore after my niece's blowout birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday.

I would go back in an instant.  They had a trampoline dodge ball arena, where I happended to miss my target and hit my 8 yr. old in the face with the ball.  Dad of the year right here.  The trampoline to foam pit was also a blast.....

3.17 miles of spinal cord shakeout today.  7:23 avg.

Hot outside.  I don't know how you Southerners do it?  I'm the biggest wimp when it comes to running in the heat.  Bring on the fall...... and then I'll start to cry about how bad the New England winters are.  7:30 avg.
