7 miles Slowish run about town. On a different note, my wife works very close to a used book store. A couple of weeks ago I went into the store and as always went to the Sports section. Any of the running books that I have ever come across are labeled under "Other Sports". In this section I came across a book that I had never heard of before called "Running with the Buffaloes". Needless to say I didn't purchase it at that time. I guess I wanted to hold on to the $2.99 they were asking for the nearly perfect copy. A couple of days later I went on the old Interweb and read some reviews for the book...... damn it all to hell, all rave reviews! I mentioned it to my wife and in between clients she went to the book store and purchased it for me!
