No unfortunately not.... see my first marathon :( I'm taking another crack at it on Sunday though. Providence RI marathon.

Okay, well not every run. (Do people get faster in the last 10k of a marathon? Does that happen?) I like the way you ramp up the pace in these training runs, though. I have a really hard time doing that. I was looking at bay state vs. your race this weekend. They are really similar races (flat, looped, temps, field size, etc.) You should be really "at home" in that race. Go get it, man!
