6:20 am.  Torrential downpours for an early morning trail run.  At times I was running through puddles that were at least mid-shin deep.  I met up with my youngest daughter's soccer coach again for this one.  He has an enviable 2:32 PR (back in the day) for the marathon.  I love running with people who have vast running knowledge & experience.  7:54 avg.
