Morning walk with my wife - 4.8 miles Early afternoon 1.07 mile run with Maggie my 10 yr old - 8:59 avg. We kept it conversational until the last stretch on our street. I pushed and she separated from me :) 12 miles - From my house to the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge or the (ARNWR) and back into Stow where I bonked at the Shopping Plaza. I went in to Papa Ginos and asked for some water and then went into PetCo and called my wife for a ride. 7:27 avg. 2.17 miles - Apparently I was speaking too low and my wife didn't know what road I was walking back home on. I started to run again and ended up doing another 2 and change. 8:04 avg.

I knew a mile in that I wasn't going the full 8 miles. Almost 90' with a high dewpoint. I went into the gym and took a shower and back to work. I was surprised by the pace because it felt like 8:30's or so. 7:19 avg.
